Engage Agreement Sample Contracts

We are seeking approval to enter into an additional contract with Apptegy to utilize their Engage add-on service. This contract will be for a total of $2,500, with $500 being prorated for a start in April and $2,000 for the annual contract which will begin July 1, 2024 and run through June 30, 2025 with one possible one year extension to follow. Emily Vessels has reviewed the contract and found it appropriate as to form and legality.
