KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that ZRZ Realty Company (Grantor) does hereby grant unto said City of Portland, a temporary easement for the purpose of supporting construction activities associated with the Portland Aerial Tram Project in consideration of the sum of Twenty Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($20,000.00), and other good and valuable consideration provided for in Attachments 1 and 2 attached hereto, entered into with the City of Portland (Grantee), a municipal corporation of the State of Oregon. This Temporary Construction Easement and Agreement is through, under, over and along the following described parcel:
Intergovernmental Agreement Between (December 24th, 2019)
This Intergovernmental Agreement for Portland Aerial Tram Operations (the “Agreement”) is between the City of Portland, Oregon (“City”), a municipal corporation of the State of Oregon, and Oregon Health and Science University (“OHSU”), a public corporation of the State of Oregon, and is for the purposes of funding operations and defining the roles and responsibilities of the City and OHSU regarding operations of the Portland Aerial Tram. Defined terms used in the Recitals, but not defined in the Recitals are defined in Section 1. This Agreement is and shall become effective contemporaneously with the execution and delivery of the Operator Contract with the Tram Operator.
SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT (December 24th, 2019)
This Software License Agreement (Agreement) is between the City of Portland, Oregon (City) and HCKM LLC, dba Oregon Dispatch Service (Licensee).

OPERATING AGREEMENT FOR PGE PARK (December 24th, 2019)
The City owns the multi-purpose stadium located at SW 18th Avenue and SW Morrison Street, formerly known as Civic Stadium and now known as PGE Park (the “Stadium”). The City entered into that Operating Agreement dated July 12, 2000 with Portland Family Entertainment Limited Partnership, an Oregon limited partnership (“PFE”). The City has terminated the Operating Agreement with PFE. BPB has acquired substantially all of the assets of PFE. BPB owns a AAA Baseball Team (the Portland Beavers) and an A League Soccer Team (the Portland Timbers) (the “Teams”).
