The academic supervisor of the thesis agrees to take responsibility for the project and to supervise the student during all phases of the project, i.e. from the initial planning to its completion, i.e. including the study design, the practical part, data analysis and writing. The members of the supervisory committee undertake to supervise the dissertation referred to here in an appropriate manner, i.e. to assist the doctoral candidate in the choice (and later modification) of the topic, in the regular joint review of the progress of the work and by providing timely feedback on submitted parts of the dissertation. Those members of the supervisory committee who are also reviewers also undertake to propose, accept, reject, or return the thesis for revision within three months of submission, and to provide an expert opinion on the thesis within six months. The oral examination date should be no later than six months after admission to the doctoral examination.
