This agreement is for the license of HSM Summer Dockage/Mooring or Winter Storage space and is not a bailment, between one of the following: Hewitts or L Pier and the owner of the vessel (“BOAT”) described below, who is hereinafter referred to as the “LICENSEE”, subject to the terms and conditions set forth, which the LICENSEE is urged to read carefully. Note that by visiting Hingham Shipyard Marinas, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. For list of required COVID-19 precautionary actions required by LICENSEE please read Rules and Regulation # 30 below. Note that failure to adhere to COVID-19 safety rules and regulations may result in no refund termination of access privileges.
