THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of the 15th day of January, 2007, by and between TCBY SYSTEMS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“COMPANY”) and LINCOLN POULTRY AND EGG COMPANY, a Nebraska Corporation (“DISTRIBUTOR”).
