We, the undersigned, agree to be financially responsible for the digital photography cameras and equipment that will be used while participating in Ottawa Township High School’s Digital Photography course. By signing this form, you are accepting full responsibility for the designated equipment and understand that the equipment needs to be returned in the same condition as it was received. Under this agreement, you agree to pay for any repairs or replacement of products resulting from the negligence of your child.
