CONVEYANCE: In consideration for the purchase price and Licensing Fee paid by the buyer ("Buyer") for the Digital Media Product containing digital image files of Hot Shots Imaging Photo and Video Recordings (the "Recordings") to Hot Shots Imaging ("Seller"), Seller hereby grants to Buyer a limited license to (i) create, or have created by a third party photo prints and DVD reproductions of the Recordings for personal use only. The foregoing limited license is subject to any and all intellectual property rights owned by Seller and its affiliates or by any third party in and to properties displayed in or as part of such digital image files when such files are rendered into visible form.
