This Agreement, dated , is entered into by and between (“Interconnecting Customer’) and the Company, for the purpose of setting forth the terms, conditions and costs for conducting a Detailed Study relative to the Standard Process as defined in Section 1 and outlined in Section 3 of the Interconnection Tariff. This Detailed Study pertains to Application Number (the Interconnecting Customer’s application ID number). Terms used herein without definition shall have the meanings set forth in Section 1.2 of the Interconnection Tariff which is hereby incorporated by reference.
