This DEFINED CONTRIBUTION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 1st day of July, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), by and among PRIME MERIDIAN BANK, a Florida bank (the “Bank) and wholly owned subsidiary of Prime Meridian Holding Company (the “Holding Company”), and MONTE WARD (the “Executive”). Jensen, Jr. (“Executive”). All capitalized terms contained in this Amendment and not otherwise defined herein shall have the respective meanings given to such terms in that certain Defined Contribution Agreement, effective as of December 11, 2018, by and between the Bank and Executive (the “Agreement”).
