The University of Florida will perform several services according to the terms of this project. There are five specific deliverable services. UF will provide and maintain a registration portal for Lauren’s Kids trainings, and will provide and maintain training catalogs. UF will also provide tracking of user data to generate customized administrative reports. UF will provide 24/7 access to an online support ticketing system for technical support. Additionally, UF will host and maintain Beginning Teacher and Principal trainings in a training management system.
