Q1. If there are changes to on call arrangements for front line staff (interms of shift changeovers etc) would they be eligible for the additional payment? A1. The circumstances/detail of this arrangement would need to be reviewed to reach a decision on eligibility for the additional payment. It was suggested this was included as part of the current discussionsthat are ongoing with the IMDM’s in each delivery unit. Q2.
