This Contributor Assignment Agreement (“CAA”) applies to any source code, documentation, patch, graphic, manual or similar material (“Contributions”) that You submit to EPPlus Software AB (CID 559205-1980; “EPPlus Software AB”). If You choose not to enter into this CAA or to provide any of Your Contributions with additional terms or restrictions, EPPlus Software will be unable to accept Your Contributions.
