(MBH) entered into an agreement dated July 1, 2020 (MBH Agreement), which was amended and restated and approved by Resolution 2024-03 effective January 1, 2024, for MBH to act as the County’s Behavioral Health Managed Care Organization (BH-MCO) administering the County’s HealthChoices Behavioral Health Program (HealthChoices Program); and
