This Amendment to Contract No.: DMS 13/14-009B (the “Contract”) is by and between the State of Florida, Department of Management Services, Bureau of Private Prison Monitoring (the “Bureau”) and GEO CORRECTIONS AND DETENTION, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of THE GEO GROUP, INC. (“GEO”), 621 Northwest 53rd Street, Boca Raton, Florida 33487 (“GEO Corrections” or the “Contractor”).
