This Contract for Campus Housing (the “Contract”) is a legally binding agreement between you as a student and Eastern Kentucky University (the “University”). A student is referred to in this Contract as “you”, “student”, “Resident” or referred to along with other students of the University as “Students” or “Residents”. We urge you and your parent or legal guardian to ready the terms and conditions of this Contract carefully. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must sign this Contract to guarantee your obligations.
