Purpose of Amendment. This Amendment shall constitute Amendment Number 2 to the Agreement between City and Consultant which was duly executed on the 3rd day of June 2014 to provide professional services related to South Laramie Drainage Master Plan. The purpose of this Amendment is to amend the scope of work to fully design two detention ponds in the Turner Tract Development. The amended scope adds One Hundred Fourteen Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Dollars ($114,990.00) with a contingency of Eleven Thousand Four Hundred Ninety-Nine Dollars ($11,499.00) to the contract for a total of One Hundred Twenty-Six Thousand Four Hundred Eighty-Nine Dollars ($126,489.00); creating a new revised total contract amount not to exceed Four Hundred Fifty-Nine Thousand Four Hundred Eighty-Nine Dollars ($459,489.00).
