All ministry agents are required to provide information about the continuing education that they have undertaken annually through the completion and submission of this form or updating the CPD Plan in ULearn. The annual learning agreement should include activities of at least 10 continuing education points or other agreed amount by using a selection of activities from the Continuing Education for Ministry Agents procedure (PRO-MAP-01). Those in part-time ministries would have continuing education points allocated on a pro-rata basis.
