This is the agreement which governs the basis on which the British Tourist Authority trading as VisitEngland (‘we’/’us’) will accept and display on its website at www.visitengland.com (‘the VisitEngland Website’) the Content which you wish to upload for publication to consumers. . VisitEngland will also promote the Content in other VisitEngland and VisitBritain domestic and International marketing activity; Enewsletter and on Visitengland.com, Visitbritain.com, PR activity, Paid for media activity (e.g. posters, press and online display etc.) and used on VisitEngland managed social channels including but not exclusive to Youtube, blog, facebook, twitter, flickr and pinterest where deemed appropriate.
