Construction Site Management: The permit applicant is responsible for maintaining the construction site in accordance with the requirements described herein. The building official may issue a stop work order if construction activities violate the requirements described herein, in a manner that may endanger the public health, safety or welfare and natural resources. These requirements set minimum standards for the operation of the project site and are intended to eliminate or minimize impacts to the site, to the on-site and surrounding natural resources (including impacts to habitat and water quality) and to the neighborhood including containment of sediment, surface water discharge, erosion of soil, vehicle parking and loading area, traffic control, fencing, placement of materials, safety, neatness and cleanliness.
