To be reviewed and signed annually by all Program Staff, including all paid and unpaid individuals, faculty, staff, volunteers, graduate and undergraduate students, interns, employees of temporary employment agencies, and independent contractors/consultants, paid or unpaid, who will interact with, supervise, care for, chaperone, or otherwise oversee youth participants.
