• I will be responsible for applicable fees (team registration fee, studio fee, prop fee, choreography fees) costume payments, and any intensive/choreography camp. These fees are non-refundable even if we quit teams for any reason, even if costumes have not been sewn or purchased. If I must quit, I agree that my costumes will be available for use by the replacement team member for the entire competition season. Additionally, if I drop a team after Choreography Camp, I will be responsible for paying a $50 re-staging fee. If I drop a team after 10/31/24, I will be responsible for paying the $50 re-staging fee, and all of the regional competition entry fees for the season.
