MC3 Cloud Ltd, a private company limited by shares, registered in Mauritius under the business registration number C20177056 and whose registered office is c/o Legis Corporate Secretarial Services Ltd, 1st Floor, Block B EDITH, 6 Edith Cavell Street, Port-Louis, is a Cloud Services and Solution Aggregator (formerly Indirect CSP Provider) that has developed a procurement and marketing platform offering the management tools necessary for resellers to select and redistribute the services provided by various Cloud Service Providers, to their End Customers (collectively "MC3 Cloud Platform").
