THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 7th day of June , 2012, by and between the COUNTY OF ESCAMBIA, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, hereinafter referred to as the "County," and CIRCLE, INC., a not for profit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Florida (FED ID #371447890), hereinafter referred to as the "Recipient," for the sole purpose of assisting Recipient through the HOME Operating Expense Project, (hereinafter referred to as "Project"), in developing the staff and operational capacity to produce affordable housing units in Escambia County.
