THIS CDBG PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made as of this 1st day of July, 2021, by and between the TOWN OF GUILFORD, a municipal corporation in the County of New Haven in the State of Connecticut (hereinafter called the "Town")and UNITED WAY OF GREATER NEW HAVEN, a Connecticut non-profit 501(C)(3) charity with a place of business at 370 James Street, Suite 403, New Haven, Connecticut (hereinafter calledthe "Administrator").
