All new Internet subscriptions may be cancelled within the first thirty days for complete credit. After the thirty-day review period the TTR cancellation policy will apply. Renewal subscriptions will receive credit if cancelled prior to the renewal date. After the renewal date, the 1-4 months cancellation credit amount of 25% applies. That policy is as follows:
