Homeowners Association. I hereby agree that the Association shall not be liable for any acts, events, or occurrences in the boat/trailer storage area, and I hereby assume all risk in the use of this facility. I further agree that I shall promptly surrender my key to the storage area upon demand and that I shall keep that area in a neat and tidy condition.
