There is a $50.00 rental fee and a $200.00 refundable garbage clean up deposit. Two checks must be written payable to MCPA. One for the rental fee and the other for the garbage clean up deposit. Checks must be accompanied by your proof of insurance naming Middletown Central Park Association as additionally insured and include 1 Million dollars in general Liability coverage. All applications and correct paperwork must be turned in and approved by two Middletown Central Park Officers 2 weeks prior to the event.
