The undersigned , the Purchaser of the film , hereby agrees to and with the Union of B.C. Performers/ACTRA (representing performers) to be bound by the Collective Agreement between the Union of B.C. Performers and dated as if it had been an original party thereto; and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the undersigned agrees to pay when due all payment under the said Agreement, including residuals, royalties or other payments required by the said Agreement to be paid by the Producer to or for the said Performers.
