The undersigned licensed electrical contractor does hereby agree to install the electrical oven appliance(s) and/or other designated appliance in accordance with the manufacturer’s installation instructions and all applicable building, electrical and mechanical codes as adopted within City of Las Vegas. The undersigned licensed electrical contractor accepts sole responsibility for connection of the specifically listed electrical appliances. The licensed electrical contractor shall be responsible for connecting the appliances and meeting all minimum National Electrical Code requirements.
