This Amendment is hereby entered into by and between China Mapleleaf Industrial Development Limited, RM903, Duobao Mansion, No.1 Building, Tangjiawan Rd., Tianning District Changzhou, Jiangsu China 213003, Changzhou, China 21300 (hereinafter “Contractor”) and Lancaster County (hereinafter “County”), for the purpose of amending the Contract dated April 11, 2017, executed under County Contract C-17-0261, for Vinyl Locator Flags, Quote No. 5562, which is made a part hereof by this reference.
