Annual Student District Device Agreement Grades 7-8Annual Student District Device Agreement • September 20th, 2019
This agreement is between Rocky Hill Public Schools and the student, parent(s) and guardian(s) named herein. The term of the agreement shall be effective for the 2019-2020 school year. At the end of the agreement, or upon withdrawal, the student must return the device or pay the replacement value. If a student’s district Chromebook is stolen, the student, parent(s) and guardian(s) will be required to provide a police report.
