Use of the Amenity Center is restricted exclusively to residents of the Farm at Wescott. A Property Owner must book an event for a renter, sign the application and submit payment for the rental and deposit costs directly to First Services Residential. The Owner assumes full responsibility for the event including the conduct of their renter and all guests and any damage or violation of the rules that may occur. The Property Owner must be in attendance at the event all times during any scheduled event.
