one part and Phillip Securities (Thailand) Public Co., Ltd., (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) of the other part. This Agreement shall be deemed to be an integral part of the Securities Trading Agreement, Agreement to Appoint Derivatives Agent, POEMS Service Contract and/or any Service Contract which the Company may additionally make or change in the future unless otherwise this Agreement specifies. All definitions or specific terms used under this Agreement which are not defined herein, the meanings set forth under the Securities Trading Agreement, Agreement to Appoint Derivatives Agent, POEMS Service Contract shall apply mutatis mutandis.
