Account debiting debiting (transferring, remitting) of funds by the Bank from the Current Account and/or any other account of the Client opened with the Bank on the basis of the beneficiary's payment instruction.The beneficiary under the payment transaction of debiting the Account may be:(i) the Bank on the basis of this Agreement or any other agreement concluded between the Bank and the Client, or(2) another person on the basis of this Agreement or any other agreement between the Bank and the Client or between the Bank, the Client and the respective beneficiary.
