The Republic of Latvia and Ukraine (hereinafter jointly referred to as “the Participants” or “Latvia and Ukraine”), condemn in the strongest possible terms Russia’s unjustified, illegal, and unprovoked military aggression since 2014 and full-scale invasion of Ukraine on 24 February 2022. The full-scale war of aggression by Russia against Ukraine is a brutal violation of international law and the United Nations Charter (hereinafter – UN Charter).
