Aero Skagit, a not for profit, the City of Anacortes, the City of Burlington, the City of Mount Vernon, and the City of Sedro-Woolley, hereinafter called “Parties”, and Skagit County, hereinafter called “County” agree to amend Agreement No. C20180481, as set forth below under “Terms of Amendment.” This Amendment number 2 may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which when executed and delivered shall constitute a duplicate original, but all counterparts together shall constitute a single agreement.
