This Amendment (“Third Amendment”) is made and entered into as of the last date signed below herein by and between the County of Yolo, a political subdivision of the State of California (“County”) and North Valley Behavioral Health, LLC a (business entity type) authorized to do business in the State of California (“Contractor”) to amend Agreement No. 17-29 (the “Agreement”), as stated below.
