The U.S. Department of Energy Richland Operations Office (DOE-RL), Washington State Department of Ecology (Ecology), and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), hereinafter referred to as the Parties, agree to enter into formal negotiations and establish revisions to HFFACO Appendix D for Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) Central Plateau Operable Units (OU) near-term milestones.
