This Agreement for Use of Boat or Personal Watercraft Storage Space ("Agreement") made this 4th day of March, 2025, by and between the Winnetka Park District, an Illinois park district (the "Park District") and Name of winner, Address of winner ("Boat Owner" or “Personal Watercraft Owner”, hereby referred to as “Owner”). Park District and Owner are hereinafter sometimes individually referred to as "Party" and collectively as the "Parties."
