Amendment to
Agreement for Transit Services • December 14th, 2018

THIS Amendment is hereby added to the original 2018 CONTRACT for TRANSIT SERVICES, by and between the Kansas City Area Transportation Authority (KCATA), a body corporate and politic, and a political subdivision of the States of Missouri and Kansas, and the City of Lee’s Summit (hereinafter referred to as the "City"). The contract provides funding for express bus service and management of the OATS operating contract.
