This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of December, 2022, by and between the Board of Commissioners of Vanderburgh County, Indiana (hereinafter “County”) and Hamrick’s Towing & Recovery, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the state of Indiana, with its offices at 1277 Maxwell Avenue, Evansville, Indiana 47711 and a vehicle storage facility, also located at 1277 Maxwell Avenue, Evansville, Indiana 47711 (hereinafter “Contractor”).
