This Fifth Amendment to the Agreement for the Lease and Improvement of Red Hill Field (“Agreement”), dated September 1, 2003, as amended, is between the Ross Valley School District (“Ross Valley”) on the one hand and the Tamalpais Union School District and the Town of San Anselmo (“Lessee”) on the other, (collectively the “Parties”).
