This agreement for the diversion and processing of the City of Redlands’ recyclable materials (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this 1st day of June, 2010 (“Effective Date”), by and between the City of Redlands, a municipal corporation (“City”) and Republic Waste Services of Southern California, LLC (“Republic”). City and Republic are sometimes individually referred to herein as a “Party” and, together, as the “Parties.” In consideration of the mutual promises, covenants and conditions hereinafter set forth, City and Republic hereby agree as follows:
