THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this 16th day of December, 2008, by and between The City of Maricopa, ARIZONA, an Arizona municipal corporation (“City”), and Bowmen Brothers Concrete, Inc., an Arizona corporation, (“Contractor”), for the installation of decorative paving at the main entry of Rancho El Dorado.
