TELEHEALTH SERVICES (this “Agreement”), effective as of the date listed in Article I of Exhibit A to this Agreement (“Effective Date”), is by and between the University of Maryland Psychiatry Associates, P.A. (“UMPA”) and Caroline County, State of Maryland (“COUNTY”), and is for the purpose of establishing the terms of the parties’ agreement for UMPA to provide certain non-billable telehealth services (the Services, as defined below) to COUNTY.
