On July 15, 2021, the City of Fairfield, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as “CITY,” and GHD ENGINEERS, hereinafter referred to as “CONSULTANT,” entered into an agreement for consulting services for professional Consulting Services (Design) for the West Texas Utility Relocation Project.
