This First Amendment to Agreement for As-Needed Roadway Signing and Striping Services with Sterndahl Enterprises, Inc. (“Contractor”) (“First Amendment”), effective on October 26, 2024, is by and among Sterndahl Enterprises, Inc. (contractor) and the City of Burbank (“City”) (collectively, the “Parties”).
