This Agreement is entered into between the City of Shoreline (“Shoreline”) and the City of Lake Forest Park (“LFP”) to provide funding support for an after-school program, referred to as “Hang Time,” for Kellogg Middle School for the calendar years 2025 – 2026 (the “Agreement”). This Agreement shall become effective on the date of the last signature (the “Effective Date”).
