THIS AGREEMENT, is made and entered into by and between the CITY OF SARATOGA, a municipal corporation (“CITY”) and the SARATOGA AREA SENIOR COORDINATING COUNCIL, a California non­profit public benefit corporation (“SASCC”), for the operation and maintenance of the Senior Center, the Saratoga Adult Care Center, and the Senior Modular Building (hereinafter referred to as “Facilities”), the location of which is shown on Exhibit “A” to this Agreement.
