Following the proposal of the Mayor of the City of Gdańsk of 30 June 2015 to keep the Secretariat of the Union of the Baltic Cities in Gdańsk for the next 4-year period ie. 2016-2019, accepted by the XIV UBC General Conference in Växjö on 26 October 2017, the City of Gdańsk commits itself within mentioned period to:
